Gochujang King peppers are a Korean hybrid variety known for their use in making gochujang, a traditional Korean chili paste. These peppers are long, slender, and ripen from green to a bright red. They have a hot pungency and are used to make gochugaru (dried pepper flakes) for gochujang.
